Give the work an owner.
Surface the exceptions—claims to correct, responses to understand, and money to reconcile—where the team can act.
ABOUT CLIN
Independent dentists do remarkable clinical work. They should have the financial visibility to run the practice on their own terms.
In 2025, we went on the road to hear how owners and front-office teams experience the money side of dentistry. Claims, payer timing, staffing, and payroll kept coming up together.
THE PROBLEM
A practice-management system knows what treatment was performed. A bank knows what was deposited. Between those events sit claims, denials, adjustments, patient balances, remittances, and a team trying to keep the day moving.
That interval is where an independent dentist can lose time and confidence. Clin is being built to make it visible: what has been earned, what is moving, what is stuck, and what needs attention now.

Bring cash, expected inflows, and obligations into one view, with estimates clearly identified.
A larger organization may have a finance department. We want an independent practice to have financial clarity without surrendering control.
Dentplicity helps patients find and choose the practice. Clin is being built to help the practice understand the money that follows.
