Terms of service

Clin has not launched. These terms cover what exists today — this website and the pre-launch waitlist. When the product launches, account agreements, partner-bank disclosures, fee schedules, and cardholder terms will be presented in full before you accept any of them. We will not bury a banking relationship in a footnote.

1. Who we are

Clin Financial, Inc. (“Clin,” “we,” “us”) is a financial technology company. We are not a bank. When Clin launches, deposit accounts and cards will be provided by U.S.-chartered partner banks, disclosed by name in your account agreement — never anonymously.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means giving us an email address, and nothing more. It creates no account, no financial relationship, and no obligation on either side. We will email you when your cohort opens and occasionally if something genuinely material changes — no marketing drip, no resale of your address, ever. You can leave the waitlist by replying to any email we send or writing to hello@joinclin.com.

3. This website

The site, its copy, and its design are owned by Clin Financial, Inc. Product screens shown on this site are illustrative demo data for a product in development — Sterling Family Dental and the figures shown are examples, not customer data, and nothing on this site is an offer of banking services, credit, or financial advice.

4. Eligibility expectations at launch

Clin is being built for U.S.-based dental practices. At launch, opening an account will require a properly formed legal entity, at least one licensed dentist as owner or named provider, and the identity-verification checks our partner banks require under the Bank Secrecy Act. Joining the waitlist today doesn't commit you to any of that — it just holds your place.

5. Disclaimers

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep everything on it accurate and honest — including refusing to publish product metrics that don't exist yet — but we make no warranties about the site, and nothing here creates a fiduciary or advisory relationship.

6. Disputes

If you have a problem with anything on this site or how we have handled your information, email legal@joinclin.com — we commit to a substantive response within ten business days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
